The farm has two delightful dining rooms (one dedicated to breakfast with a magnificent view of the pool) and a large pergola for outdoor dining during the hot Tuscan summers enjoying a beautiful sunset.
The beautiful location gives you a full immersion in nature and is close to historic and commercial centers such as Lucca (10 km), Montecatini Terme (19 km), Pisa and its airport (40 km), Florence (65 km ), Siena (125 km), San Gimignano (75 km) and Tuscan towns, seaside resorts and entertainment such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi (40 km).
The farmhouse is 2,000 square meters on two levels and is composed of two bodies.
Main body: a beautiful entrance with reception, restaurant kitchen, large portico where dinner is served during the summer.
On the ground of this structure, there are the standard rooms (but high quality); outside there are two apartments with separate entrances, ideal for a clientele that has animals or other requests (long stay).
First floor: by a beautiful stone staircase, illuminated with LED lights, you enter the breakfast or dining room: the room overlooks the garden whith large swimming pool set in a natural terrace. The large swimming pool (9x18m) is cleaned with an innovative system which ensures the purity of the water almost without the use of chlorine. The pool is open from May to October and is illuminated at night.
The rooms and suites are elegantly furnished with all modern comforts, TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating, double whirlpool tub, large shower cubicles, etc. ...
Externally, on the six hectares of land, we find a stable for 50 horses and all activities open to the public.
Some of the land is used as a vineyard with a great production of Sangiovese and Syrah, with an average productivity of 8,000 bottles a year. Another important thing is the production of olive oil: with 270 plants reaches an annual production of 3 tons (these products allow you to increase the income of the structure).
Soon a photovoltaic system (for a production of 20 kilowatt hours) will be installed, however, for the production of hot water there is a system of solar panels, with 2,000 liters of accumulation.
Externally there is another under construction, built on two floors, where there will be other 4 apartments and a beautiful meeting room (you can use it as a main residence).
The riding school (the pride of the farm, one of the best schools of jumping in Tuscany), has two fields and a rod in the sand and offers riding lessons to children and adults, in addition to the possibility of guided excursions onthe horse trails along the countryside of Lucca and surroundings. The equestrian center can also accommodate horses boarded in its paddocks.
